Submissive Discovery 101

Submissive Discovery 101 is an introductory course designed to help submissives understand themselves with honesty, structure, and intention. This is not about performing submission for approval, chasing fantasy, or rushing toward labels. It is about slowing down and learning who you are as a submissive, why submission calls to you, and how to engage with it in a healthy, grounded way.

Over six days, you will explore core foundations including submissive journaling, identifying your motivations, understanding the gap between fantasy and reality, owning your choices and consent, examining shame with curiosity rather than judgment, and learning how to receive correction as a tool for growth. Each lesson is paired with practical tasks, private journaling assignments, and reflection exercises designed to build self awareness and emotional literacy.

Throughout the course, your Domme Instructors, Mizz Geena and Mrs. Annie, will be actively checking your work, evaluating your assignments, and offering valuable, personal feedback as you progress through your training. Their guidance helps ensure that your discovery is not only introspective, but also grounded in real expectations, accountability, and care.

This course asks you to look inward first. You are not being shaped yet. You are learning the shape you already have. Submissive Discovery 101 sets the groundwork for all future training by helping you become an informed, self aware submissive who understands his desires, limits, and responsibilities before placing himself under authority.
